Order Handling and Processing Policy
All paid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
We strive to ship all orders same day Monday thru Friday.
Tracking is available by automated email notice for all orders.

United States Domestic Shipping Service Levels:

Standard Shipping and Free Shipping  (3-5 Business Days)
United States Postal Service (serves all of contential US with no additional surcharges to HI, AK, VI, PR, APO, FPO)
Orders with value of $100+ will automatically be upgraded for faster shipping and insurance with Priority Mail Services.

Expedited Services (2-3 Business Days)
United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)
Customers who choose expedited services will have their orders processed by USPS or UPS depending on which carrier gives shorter delivery time.

Express Services  (2 Business Days)
United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)

Lost shipment policy:
In the event that your parcel is stalled or lost in transit please contact us by email.
We will file a trace inquiry with the carrier to try to locate and get the item moving.
Should the carrier determine the item is lost we will reach out to you for instructions to either refund or reship.
